Teleporter Trouble is a 2014 comedy sci-fi brickfilm by Gregory Moore and Garry Moore. It follows two scientists who make contact with aliens through a teleporter.[1] It was created for the 2014 edition of the Brickfilm Rapidly All Week Long Contest and won second place.[2]

Plot

Two scientists discover that a teleporter they have been developing has unexpectedly started working. They examine an item which has just teleported in, a purple rock, which they determine to have been sent by aliens. They send a hat in return and await a response. Soon, a small alien creature emerges from the teleporter and claws at one of the scientists. They scare it away and decide to take revenge for the perceived hostile act by sending a crocodile through the teleporter, which they soon doubt was a good idea. A large device displaying a countdown arrives through the teleporter. Assuming it to be a bomb, the scientists send it back, and the device is sent back and forward before the alien creature knocks it out of the teleporter. With the countdown about to end, the scientists jump through the teleporter themselves to escape.

The scientists arrive on an alien spaceship and are greeted by an alien scientist. He reveals that the device was not in fact a bomb, but a microwave. He then explains that the small creature sent through was a pet and thanks them for the crocodile, which he has adopted as a pet. A device similar to the microwave arrives through the teleporter. The human scientists think it is another microwave, but the alien reveals that this one is in fact a bomb. The bomb detonates, destroying the spaceship, to the amusement of another alien watching from afar.
