Released is a [[::Category:2015 brickfilms|2015]] drama brickfilm by Abraham Feldick. It follows the story of an office worker who feels trapped in his job[1]. It was an entry into the twelfth Twenty-four Hour Animation Contest and ultimately won third place.[2]
Plot
In a solitary cubicle, a man works. The man looks at the clock. It's late. The man looks out of his cubicle: there are now bars on the exit. The man reaches through the bars, but can't escape.
The man's cubicle explodes and solid, doorless walls close in, trapping the man in a cell. The man screams skyward.
Another man coughs. It's the boss. Boss and employee stare at each other, then the boss leaves. The employee, stunned, looks at the pink slip in his hand.
