Brickfilms Wiki

Dare to be Different is a 2003 brickfilm by Nick Maniatis. It is about a two-dimensional man who delivers a message[1]. It was an entry into the Words of Wisdom Contest, and placed third overall.[2][3]

A two-dimensional man addresses the viewer: "You have no idea what it's like to be two-dimensional in a three-dimensional world. Puts a whole new perspective on stuff. Not to mention the whole toilet thing. I can sum this all up in a single statement: You laugh because I'm different. I laugh because you're all the same. Think about it. Look for new perspectives. Always dare to be different." The man walks away.[1]
