Clone Pirates - The Tentacle Trap is a 2011 Star Wars brickfilm by James "wintermoog" Austen.[1][2] It follows a band of clones who go hunting in search of treasure, when they encounter trouble.[3] At the 2011 Star Wars Fan Movie Awards presented by Lucasfilm and Atom at San Diego Comic-Con International, Clone Pirates - The Tentacle Trap won in the "Spirit of Fandom" category.[4][5] The film was created across three years, and grew out of what was initially just a project to create visuals for some original music.[6]
