Brickfilm of the Week was a weekly feature on Bricks in Motion and the Brickfilms Wiki. The purpose of Brickfilm of the Week was "to celebrate important, fun, influential, creative and noteworthy brickfilms and to draw attention to brickfilms that might have been forgotten over the years." It was created and usually hosted by Nathan Wells, with Philip Heinrich and Seán Willis also filling in as hosts.

Every Friday, a brickfilm was selected to be featured on the front page of Bricks in Motion. The feature includes a short history of the selected brickfilm and its creator, a write-up and review of notable moments from the brickfilm, and concludes with several discussion questions.

A spiritual successor, The Brickfilm Feature, was hosted by Seán Willis and Nate Swihart in 2017.
