A Bump in the Night is a 2020 horror brickfilm by Sam Futhey. It is about Johnny Thunder relaxing at home, when he goes to investigate strange occurrences in the night.[1] It was created for the Fright and Fear Contest on Bricks in Motion, and won third place.[2]
Plot[]
On a rainy night, Johnny Thunder sits by the fireplace reading a book. Suddenly, a crystal glows and the power goes out. Hearing something break, Johnny gets up to investigate. In the hallway he finds some broken glass. As he turns around he is confronted by a mummy. Grabbing a sword off the wall he attempts to stab the monster, to no avail.
Johnny runs down the hallway and breaks open a glass cabinet, taking the gun from inside. He shoots the mummy down, and returns to reading his book by the fire.
